CCaptain Shawn has worked out of many different boats over the years and has also watched other captains and the way their boats work out for them. With all this information and experience he went to Andros Boats for his latest boat and they custom built him a 26' boat that is amazing to everyone who comes aboard. Even though it sounds like a very large boat to fish the shallow back waters it is very shallow water friendly. The boat will float in about 8"-10" of water and has no problem running just as shallow. Even though the boat works so well in shallow water it does just as good if not better in rough water. This means the Captain can run offshore for Grouper, Snapper, King fish, and whatever else is out there and on the same day fish the back country for Snook, Reds, and Trout. This boat does it all and does it as comfortably as any boat on the water only better. When it comes to providing the best equipment for your clients the boat is no place to take a short cut. It is equipped with all the latest electronics, duel station tower, insulated fish boxes for your catch, 45 gallon bait well, cooler stations for your cooler, 18 rod holders and just about anything else you can think of. It is powered by a 225 Suzuki 4 stroke and can cruise comfortably at 45+ knots to get you there in a hurry. The guys at Andros really did their homework on these boats and then customized it to Capt. Shawn's specifications. Now what you get is an unbelievable inshore and off shore fishing machine that doesn't mind rough water. No more climbing off a flats boat holding your back from standing all day either.
